Nearly 3 million Ohioans depend on Medicaid for their health care coverage. This includes adults, children, elderly people, people managing chronic diseases and disabilities, and students with special needs. The well-being of every one of these people is under direct threat by a federal budget proposal that limits or cuts access to health care we depend on. That proposal is now being reviewed by the U.S. Senate.
Policy Matters Ohio’s recent town hall to protect Medicaid highlighted actions you can take and resources you can use to tell Senators Moreno and Husted to stand up for Ohioans.
